Anyone got a cheap condo for rent by the month for approximately 4 months from the 12th January in Pattaya or Bangkok?

No condo but I have a two bed two bath european style townhouse on Nern Plabwaan, anygood? Aircon in all rooms, 10k per month, i reckon expenses are less than a condo and average about 2.5k including electricity being most of it. Only problem I can see is it runs from first of each month.
