Do any of u guys no if there is a shooting range anywhere near Pattaya.. where u can shoot say an AK47

There's one on Koh Larn Island. Although I was let down by the fact that they won't let you fire on fully auto, only single shot (because it's "illegal" maybe if you throw them enough cash they will let you have a burst). It's not cheap to (so many thousand baht for 10 rounds). As soon as your get off the ferry boat the hawkers will tell you about the place.

 

They have a good selection of weapons including M16, Ak47, Uzi etc etc plus a lot of hand guns

 

Failing that i'm sure there are plenty of touts in pattaya that know where one is.

The shooting range under tiffanys has handguns only I believe and you have to be accompainied by a responably adult....... :GrinNod1:

 

On my last trip we found a small range at the Elephant farm which is just up the highway out of town. Had rifles and handguns, I shot a 38 and a 45, 400bht an round for those..

dude from that picture it looks like the same range i went to in ko lhan,but when i whent the assault rifles were not available to fire do you knowif this is still the case?also can you barter them on the prices like you can on most thihgs in los!

I had 30 rounds for US$30 with an AK47 in Phnom Penh, full auto no problem. Not very near Pattaya I know but good for a visa run or a few days away.

 

 

I shot a 38 and a 45, 400bht an round for those..

B400 per round, that really is taking the piss.

There is but not the bowling alley, its a bit further up on the same side. But there is no way you will be firing an AK47 in there (i would think). Too powerful.

been to the one on oh larn,it does get expensive if you get carried away though,good selection of fairly exotic guns though.i have heard in cambodia/vietnam you can blast cattle with bazookas,not sure if it true though.

Yep that is true, RPG's the lot. Have no idea how much it costs though.

There is a shooting range in the same building as the Tiffany ladyboy show

 

The Tiffany range has only handguns up to a .45. It's reasonably priced though if you're looking to bust a few caps at a fair price.

There's a place I've been to off Sukhumvit Road past Jomtien. Can't remember exactly where but if you head down Sukhumvit headed South you'll see a big sign for Pattaya Shooting Range with a target logo. Takes about 20-30 mins to get there.

 

They've got .22s, .38s, 9mms and 45s. They've also got pump-action shotguns and an outdoor mini clay pigeon shooting range round the back. Can't remember the cost but it was a lot cheaper than 400 per round.

I have bought 4 bars down Soi6 and i'm knocking them into one big long shooting range.

 

 

But with a difference............

Pattaya shooting range ask taxi driver to take you just outside patts, assault rifles ak-47 m-4 carbine only .22 though pretty poor really hand guns u can shoot also I tried a smith&wesson .38 the pump action shot guns the best I think I paid 3500 baht for assault rifle hand gun and shot gun can't remember how many bullets and shells I got for that though it's worth a blast though, also shooting range at koh lahn island never been to that one though probs just the same as the one just outside patts
