Taxi to pattaya....

Guys, im sorry to ask such a stupid questions.

 

Im up at 6am to head to the airport for my first flight to Thailand.

 

Fly into bangkok and heading straight to pattaya.

 

From what i remember i go upstairs to level two to catch a taxi, i ask for the meter and offer to pay the toll charges?

 

Is this correct?

 

I wouls search on here but i wanna go to bed, sorry

Level 2 is for arrivals. Go to level 1 and go out of the building. There you can find small desks for taxi. Last time (11/06) i payed 1200 baht to Pattaya + tolls. (You can take a taxi at level 2 too, but they are a bit expensive than at level1.)

fyi, if you are already in bkk and near Suk Soi 4 then the travel agencies across from the 7-11 are pretty reasonable ~1200 includes tolls

Spend a few hundred baht more and upgrade to a 'big taxi', or SUV. Fold down the front seat, recline the rear, and ride like a king.
