Nirvana, looking for similar alternative

I stayed at the Nirvana Botique on Soi 4 (i think) Jomtien last trip. It was OK...but didn't knock my socks off. Here is what I'm looking for, I'd appreciate any suggestions.

 

 

Here's what I liked about Nirvana:

 

Security: A safe, which is a must for me, security guard 24/7

 

Companion friendly: no extra fee, took id's

 

Airconditioning: A must

 

Clean: another must

 

Friendly staff: The staff was very friendly, always a nice feature

 

Internet: I could probably live without it, I'm hyper connected most the time

 

Jomtien: Seemed less busy and crowded which I prefer, not as many hawkers

 

Short walk to the beach.

 

Close to lots of small shops, 7/11, ATM, restaurants

 

 

 

Here's what I wasn't crazy about:

 

The room was pretty average, the bath tub was concrete....

 

Strange concrete/tile floors with huge concave concrete channels between the tiles

 

I wasn't crazy about the ride from Jomtien to central Pattaya

 

1500 baut a day, I'm not sure if I was getting good value for my money. Not that it's a lot of money, but can I do better?

Try the newly open Boutique hotel, formerly mabelle, 1200 bahts, on Pattaya south, 5 minutes walk to Walking Street

The Nirvana its a veriy nice hotel i at oct 3 weks at this hotel.At oct 3 days pay i mohre night free.At hight sison 15oo baht at night.

Same room i stayed in 107 ....did the noise from the bar behind the bathroom bother you?

No not to matsch noisy at room 107 littel bit . and the first 2 weks i at 2 floor the last wek i at 107.
