Looking at your pics that plot is a heck of a lot more than 69 square metres.

 

My house is 79 square WAH and its looks similar size. My house is much bigger but my garden area smaller.

 

A house plot 69 Msq would be very very small for 2m

 

Do you mean 69 sq WAH which is 276 sq metres?????

I thought WAH and metered squared are the same thing, aren't they? Coz the papers I have at home say "69 sq WAH", that means 276 sq metres??
