Yes, he calls her teerak.

 

Literally it means someting like "the one that I love".

In English it's usually translated as sweetheart, honey, etc.

 

It doesn't necessarily have to be girl/boyfriend.

Well it seems you have little, so maybe you should enlighten us then. Mostly to how you get 'love the one you are with' out of Teerak. or are you going to start talking about sick water buffalo as well.
