It is as Macky said, but it also commonly means "I want to go out"

Itis very rarely that it would mean this.

I would think that 99% of the time, it means "I want to go out", but it all depends on the context of the conversation and we have no idea about that.

"Yak Bpai teeow" when standing alone, without any context almost certainly means "I want to go out".

"Yak Bpai Duhn Tang" without context would be the way to say " I want to go travelling"

 

"Bpai Nai?" is a common greeting meaning "Where are you going"

"Bpai teeow" is the usual response, meaning "Going out and about"
