Insurance that covers a long trip

Any annual trip cover Ive looked at only covers for 30 day trips. I need one that will cover a stay of up to 5 months including a couple of side trips. Last year I used world nomads, but it was probably more expensive than others would be. I am leaving from the uk. Thanks.

this one cover trips up to 6 months.

dont know about other countrys but the belgium department does.

You need a 'backpacker' type annual policy.

I have used them before and they are pretty competitive with the price.
