BBQ

Hi ,

Coming over in about three weeks and we have rented a villa we had previously ,with large pool.Planning on having a few BBQ's whilst there ,with a few extra guests.

Done some research on meat suppliers and it looks like Sausage King and WWM,CO.LTD are good and we can order on line and get delivery. Any views on them would be appreciated.

Also where would we get best burger and hot dog buns?

Thanks for any advice.

Try KPK Food Services. www.kpkfoods.com .They are open Mon to Sat 10am to 6pm. They do free delivery.

Close to Carrefour, you can buy your buns/rolls there. Hope this helps

Thanks guys for info and links -much appreciated .

SC -unfortunately the guests we are more than likely going to be inviting are of a female persuasion and will look good in a bikini in the pool -if you fulfill those criteria then I will send the invite in the post :GoldenSmile1:

I would bring it with me!!!!!

If your not intending to take a load of clothes.

The cost of buying imported beef in Pattaya is double to cost at source in UK or Oz..When i go to UK,or my son comes up from Oz,I bring a cooler bag with all my vacuum packed meat in it.

It is still cool when i arrive, due to the low temperatures in the cargo hold.

And it is legal to bring it into the country, you can check the Thai Customs site.

Cheers.

Cheers Scoaussie 1 .would have considered that but I live in Nam and the we cannot get decent bacon and the sausages made by expats are only average and v expensive and the viet ones crap processed shit.Burgers you just make yourself. Actually I do the same as you and when people come back from UK ,get them to bring back vacuum packed stuff. Thailand is miles better in regards to choice will be bringing back some mushy peas I saw on one of the websites -mmm lovely.
