Try Pimsleur audio lessons can get a good deal if you download via an

audible.com membership <-----best deal I found.

I like Pimsleur I have all 30 - 30 minute lessons I think you can

just start with the first 5 lessons for a few bucks.

Her videos are good and she is easy on the eye....   She also does lessons via Skype.

 

I would recommend learning how to read Thai first. Learning phonetically kind of sucks because of the different systems and I think it easy to get the pronunciation wrong that is then not easy to undo.

 

You are not going to learn Thai using only one 'kit'.

If you learn to read Thai first then you will still have the same problem of getting the pronunciation wrong which is not easy to undo later on.
