What does badman and eagle eye mean?

I assume badman means what it sounds like in English. I've heard several hotel staff utter this behind my back when i pass them and ones in the elevator. Neither of those times did i have a Thai lady with me. 

Do they in fact tell each other i am a "bad man"?

 

I've also heard some Thai guys utter the English word "Eagle eye". What exactly does that mean?

Eagle eye means to have sharp vision, so it can either mean that you see everything or you look at everything.

 

I'm only guessing, but I would guess that badman(bad man) is in reference to the amount of ladies you take back to the hotel. I would guess that maybe one of the girls on reception might like you and the other is just warning her you might be a butterfly(go with many women).

I was only called badman when the  Iraq war broke out.

 

Maid at hotel had said America #1 before that.  I walk out of my room that morning she says you a badman you bomb Iraq.  I said I'm here I didn't do it.
