My tablet, GoTab is primarily a wireless device & not configured for use with a 3G dongle. However, it does work via Mi-Fi. I’m looking for guidance info on the best MiFi wireless mobile broadband dongle modem & set up.

I connect my Tab through HotSpot software on my mobile saves buying a MiFi device and paying for an additional airtime.

Believe nothing just because someone else believes it.

 

Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true.

I agree with Para.  It's usually best to avoid a separate Mi-Fi device (cost).  I have one, but I use a Bluetooth tether to my phone just as often.

I have recently noticed my Android Tab refusing to connect to my Nokia hotspot. Whilst I love the design, camera and the maps on my N8 its a bit long on the tooth now and time for a Android replacement.....
