If you go for a walk around the Lake you will find quite a few Seedy Dirty MP places where ALL your Dreams can come true.

 

Find McDonalds half way down the main drag walk through the Arch the Lake is in front of you walk to the right and 5 mins later you have small shops before the small night market and after. They will sort you out

For the directions, it's not as blatant in Samui as elsewhere in Thailand regarding P4P massage I'm never 100% sure if these places in Samui are or aren't P4P. I wouldn't want to offend anyone by asking the wrong person.
