For 48 hours my view new content does not work-usually I get up to 15 pages daily of new posts-now I get sorry no new content. Please help BB

Try google chrome or Firefox they work better than most platforms.

Cant understand-I use google chrome and have not upset anybody.

Can use this facility but cant view new content??

Still having problems? Following are fairly standard IT helpdesk questions:

 

What happened between the time you were last able to view new content to when you cannot? Patches? Software installs? Changes/upgrades in antivirus?

 

Is the problem encountered when viewing from multiple computers or just one?

 

If the above doesn't help, you can see if others have the same problem. I believe the below is the same forum application used here. Good luck.

Click view new content.

 

Look on the LEFT side of the page.

 

Where it says By Content - make sure "Forums" is ticked.

 

Where it says By Time period - make sure New since my last visit it ticked.

 

Where it says Other - nothing should be ticked.

 

If these are already correct try changing them then changing BACK to those settings.

Try this and report back.

+1, been bitten by this myself before.

 

Irritatingly, it seems if I have selected "new content" and "just items I follow" in the web view, and then view by tapatalk, then seems I'm stuck with "just items I follow" in tapatalk until I go back to the web interface and unselect it.
