this hotel "The Continent" (Near Asoke BTS & Sukhumvit MRT Interchange Stations)

seems to be newly opened ;

did someone try it ? any informations ?

I have stayed there for 5 nights a week after it opened (17/11/2012). I was in a "continent room". Nice looking pool area up on the 37th floor. Never able to try it though as it was/wasn't open when I stayed (some staff said yes, others said no). Great view from up there though. The room was a reasonable size. Fridge struggled to get things cold. My only real complaint was the lifts. There are only two and it is a 38 floor building.

I've since moved on to hotel Mermaid on Soi 29.
