Data/3g on AIS having issues due to the rain?

Has anyone been having problems accessing 3g/data with all the rain/minor flooding (oct 3-5)? I'm not in Pattaya and I have no idea how their 3g service is quality wise anyway. Been having more problems on skype lately with the TG. I do know that her service often disconnects calls (and her phone from skype) when I'm on skype with her from farang land and sometimes often, but only momentarily and she can comeback on within a minute at most. Other than glitches, often times skype calls stay on for hours without a problem. TGF is having problems the past 2-3 days with skype going offline for awhile.

 

I'd appreciate if anyone else in Pattaya is having first hand problems with 3g on AIS.
