Hay M8 why don't you sell up in Sunny Croydon and buy this place and I see you say it has a big roof, good for the next owner as if it goes tits up he has not far to go to do the jump

Why on earth would someone have gone to all the trouble with all the ceiling and rail mouldings etc and have such crappy mix 'n' match furniture in the rooms?
