Help regarding Signature requested from Admin

Think I messed up a little, tried to add a countdown clock to my signature.

 

Not only does it nit work, but now I am unable to delete or change it.

 

Sorry for the f**k up but I would greatly appreciate helping me remove what seems to be incorrect code,

I had a great signature pic done by serpentine but its gone and some error on it...can anyone help me...why has my pawyai signature gone ? can anyone help make one and put it oe i had a cute thai chick and my name with pattaya addicts it looked so cool now its gone!!!
