3BB Absolutely Hopeless, Internet Down Over A Week

My internet has been down for over 1 week, I have been making calls daily (at least 3 a day) and emailing them as well, Always being told a technician is on their way, havent gotten one phone call back or technician come. Utter joke

Same here as well, thank god i still have TOT as a backupline, will get True as my main ISP and will cancel 3BB.

I've had 3bb for a couple of years and never had any problem, hardly ever goes down.. Luck of the draw i guess. Maybe a local wiring problem.
