looking for accomodation for 6 months

i usually stay in a small hotel in soi lengkee, i will be in town for just under 6 month's again this winter, have any buisness owners around the bukow, LK Metro area got rooms for rent for the period from the 24th of october, the room should be overlooking the street with a balcony, big comfy bed and aircon, with refridgerator and tv etc, i usually pay 14,000 all in, so this would be the sort of price i am looking to pay.

Any help would be gratfully accepted.
