Apple generally have pretty fixed prices & Tuk Com won't necessarily give a better price - maybe check the iStudio in Central Festival also.

Sorry I don't know the latest price, but just make sure you do the VAT refund so you get the 7% back in the airport on the way out of Thailand. And don't buy one in duty free at the airport - I got an iPad2 in Central a few months ago, and it was exactly the same price in the airport duty free, except I couldn't claim any tax back on the airport one, so it was 7% more.
