Whats a recommended place I can get my slow as hell laptop (that doesnt have a cd drive) formatted and reinstalled with Windows 7?...

 

Anywhere cheap and good here in Patts?

Standard answer , Tukcom has plenty of laptop specialists 3rd and 4th floor they are used to dealing with Farangs.

There is one near Big C Extra called Pattaya2U or similar that has a good reputation for computer repairs.

Did it in Banana IT 3rd floor Tukcom.. 500 baht.. Windows Ultimate... tons of software... Office... Photoshop... well happy.. Tempted to get my other laptops done but need to back up everything first.

With your 500 baht copy of Windows 7 ultimate are you able to download the Thai language pack?

Have you tried checking for Windows patches on the Microsoft update site and does that work with your new Windows install? I'm told there are other sites for Windows patches besides Microsoft.
