I have just installed wlm and every time i try to start it just ends up not responding i have searched high and low on the net for a solution but each 1 i have tried does the same thing.

 

Anybody have any idead how i can fix this as it is driving me up the fooking wall

How long to you leave it for before shutting it down? I had the same issue at work. What I found was if a left it for a period of time it started to work. I think it has something to do with the ads at the bottom of the window. I think until they start to come in you get the not responding issue. Yours might be a different issue but it might be worth trying.

I have wlm on my laptop,desktop at home and at work and no probs.

even when i was in pats had no probs with my laptop and wlm.

 

the only thing u can do if u have slow internet connection is use the webmessenger or meebo.

 

Meebo multi login(yahoo,msn,etc.....)

 

Webmessenger

 

Camfrog (many thai girls use this one)

 

Yahoo messenger (u can also import msn contacts in yahoo messenger)

well got my mate to sort it out for me in the uk, don't what he did but it works now. its good to have some nerdy friends
