Just bought this in USA and it works great on AT& T and Verizon

Can the Sim Card in Thai be just switched...so can listen to all my music and TV, movies in Pattaya?

If its not locked to a certain company it will work no problems.

All iPads are sold without carrier locks (unlocked). Ensure that you purchase the "AT&T" model if you wish to use it with a GSM network abroad.
