Do any dark side bars have hotel rooms to rent?

I am moving and would like to find a decent hotel room to rent on the dark side (soi kaonoi) area for when I get bored out in the NE Thailand and need to come back for some r&r.

Can you recommend any that are clean, wifi and reasonable?

I know that Dao bar and Cafe have rooms there.

From memory the prices range from 500-750 per night short stay.

Not sure if they do long term stays there.

There is pool, restaurant and of course the Bar put the back.

There is a new bar/hotel/Restraurant called Fabrice.

I checked out their rooms and they were nice and new for only 700/night.

All the rooms overlook the pool area...it has a swim to bar also.

at khao talo you have nice rooms above the pioneer bar(no changed name to camel bar) and also at khao talo above poo bar have nice rooms for rent(old finn bar) both for rent a day a week or month or months, and there are plenty other small good hotels around the soi's of soi khao talo.

It's interesting that the prices mentioned are similar to the prices of Soi Buakhao guest houses because the cost rental on the DS is cheaper.
