Woman Takes Off Blouse on Satthahip â€“ Sukhumvit Road â€“ Mental Case or Weather too Hot?

A young woman walking barefoot, wearing shorts removed her blouse to show her breasts on Pattaya-Sattahip road. Moments later she tried to commit suicide by running into oncoming traffic. The locals assume that the scorching heat could have triggered her behaviour. Maybe the young woman is a mental case or perhaps retarded. The villagers said that were afraid she will be raped or hit by a vehicle and asked the municipality officers to take action immediately.

SATTAHIP – May 16, 2012 [PDN]; The locals notified the PDN reporter about the woman had who taken off her blouse and was walking with her breasts naked on Sukhumvit road 168-169 route Pattaya-Sattahip at Klonghuayleuk community, Bangsarey, Sattahip, Chonburi province.

At the incident site the reporter found a young woman, long black hair, tanned skin, thin body, age approximately 25-30 walking on Sukhumvit road, barefoot, wearing only a pair of shorts jeans and the upper part het body naked.

The reporter covered the woman with a jacket and waited until see until she had walked off the road to a rest area by the highway.

The locals living nearby said no one knew this woman nor did they know where she came from. They said she had been walking around the area for two days and no officers had came to see her. The villagers added that the related organisation should take care of this matter urgently.
