A semi-naked woman was found wandering the streets of Sattahip early on Wednesday morning. She refused to give her name and appeared to be in confused state. Our journalist provided her with a shirt to wear but she refused to cover herself up. According to locals, she had been wandering around the area for the last two days and despite numerous calls to the local authorities, nothing had been done to take her off the streets where she was exposed to threats of sexual assault or worse. We contacted the Police and Social Welfare Department at Sattahip who promised to assist the woman.
