i phone 3 bricked

while trying to up date (a jailbroken)i phone 3,it has bricked,only emergency calls,would tukcom people fix it,thanks.

Drop in and ask them. They seem to be able to fix/ unlock / jailbreak/ update almost anything, but could not unlock my 6300, the guy was gutted it was the first time ever he could not unlock a Nokia..

If you can still do emergency calls then you didn't brick it, you just fucked up the unlock by doing a straight update. I am guessing your phone is locked to a certain company from where ever you are from? You might not be able to unlock it again if you updated the baseband but if you have access to a computer you can try jailbreaking and unlocking it again with a program called redsn0w. If you take it to Tukcom they can do it for you or tell you if it is not possible. They will probably charge you 1000 baht or less.
