Huai-Yai Police, coordinated with CWPC P2 and arrested a male, who was alleged to have raped his Niece, who suffers from mental difficulties, for over 10 years,. The male confessed that he had sexual intercourse with his niece, but it was not non-consensual and he had not raped her repeatedly.
