Wait Jockey until nearer the time that way you can put all your efforts into making sure the Daughter pays attention to those Exams and when done you attention can be on the LOS

Normally you have to enter the Kingdom within 2 months of reciveing the visa

So i would apply about 5 weeks before you go

Our Visa has 6 month validity time and i can complete my trip within the 6 month validity.

I think you just need to know the validity of your Visa. Call to Thai embassy might solve the problem.

i am going to the thai consulat on monday to get mine. i phoned them up and asked what i needed to do bring how long it takes etc and the answer was about half an hour.

Im applying for the triple entry tourist visa but was assured if i bring everything and the payment they will not be any problems.

Required.

Passport with free pages

fee £85 (75 for visa, and 10 for processing)

completed form from the website which is signed and dated.

two passport photos

thats it.

in hull you have to book an appointment but not in birmingham but its only open half a day and you must arrive at least half hour before closing to get it done that day.

It would be good to fly from dub but to get a good connection its an arm and a leg.

I always hop over to heathrow and fly thai.

No i have not had to apply for a visa for my self, had a belly full of visas with the ex though and now there is at long last light at the end of that tunnel.

  • 3 weeks later...

Yep, just go for the single entry tourist visa. As you'll be posting your pastport along with your application, you will (I hope) being sending it special next day deliverly. I would leave it 2-4 weeks before comming over.

Like sound before they have a 6 month time frame from the date of issue.

It lasts 3 months from date of issue

£35 all in for Hull

I paid £5 odd for postage at my end next day delivery

I would apply by calculating 3 months back from 2 weeks after your holiday finishes - thus allowing you to end your holiday later if needs be - or send it in 2 weeks before you travel
