Condo in Pattaya Klang

I would be posting to thailand soon! Office in Rayong but decided to stay in Pattaya. Still have a bit of time before my relocation from UAE, hope to have some reviews on condo particularly in Pattaya Klang. Will be staying long term for 2 years or more. It's hell here in UAE, mongering with discretion is not my type of thing, can't wait to leave!

 

- Location of condo would be in Pattaya Klang

- Close to festival central shopping

- Away from beach road

- Budget about 15000 - 30000 baht (depends on size)

- Full facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc...)

- Preferable would be 1 bed room.

- Easily access to Sukhumvit road as i will be driving to work daily.
