Advices for low budget guesthouse / hotel close to walking street

Hello to all!!!

 

Quickly here below my previous experiences in Pattaya.

August 2011 Areca Lodge (great hotel , good location, best price negotiated for 10 days 1450 bath / day, but now the price is higher)

December 2011 (peaks season) DIana Inn - best price negotiatiated for 2 weeks 900 approx bath/day.

 

This August I will come again for 3 weeks. Here below is what I am looking for:

 

- clean guesthouse or hotel

- I do not care about swimming pool ( I usually stay in the room till late in the afternoon after the night out)

- wify connection and safety box in the room

- Quite during the day (let's say till 5 p.m.)

- guest friendly

- 5 - 10 minutes on walk from Walking Street. The best would be between Walking Street itself and soy 13

- low budget ( 500- 900 bath).

 

Any advice from the expert is highly apreciated... Please let me know ;-)
