Looking for a well placed room with wifi and cleaning for under 13000B/month

In march I will arrive and look for a good place to stay for a long period (from 3 to 6 months).

 

I look for a good deal place that fits these conditions:

 

- Girl friendly

- Daily cleaning and changing sheets/towels

- Good internet connection (really need a decent one, can't be a crappy one)

- With a safe in the room

- Located between central and south roads, and as close as possible to 2nd road

- Monthly fee up to 13000B/month, including all of the items above

 

I'm thankful for all the recommendations you can give.

I stay at Valentines Guest House, Soi Lengkee

i get all of the above and pay 10,000 per month, they should give you something similar.

Although the free WIFI is average.

Great rooms i know my mate got 10000b a month when he stayed for 6 months, wifi is fast cleaned daily.
