I dont remember it being too small, so I think it was big enough.

many options.

yes they prefer cash, however as they often take bank transfers for a 5k baht deposit      why not pre-pay your whole stay?

studio c for 1 month all in   with utilities extra cleaning   circa 30 k baht

atm fee  150   x3     unless you have bigger than the max 10k baht daily withdrawal limit.

credit card   most expensive way to pay        poor exchange rate plus 2x  transaction fees.

book it quick for your desired dates or it will be gone.

have stayed there 3x for 1 month +

i rate it as   excellent.

enjoy.

That is my first stay in aparment before that  always stay at hotel?

I would like te hear an answer from somebody who had previously stayed there.

Cleaning twice a week means that also towels and bedlinens are changed

onlybtwuce a week. With a bit extramoney you can of course get a daily cleaning or

daily towelchange or what ever you want. Just ask them..

Tried to book at Diana Oasis for middle October to 10th November but had

the dreaded sorry only one opening left for 16th November to 31st November

They are very busy and almost FULL to the end of the year very popular place

even the coming increase in prices in October seems to have not affected them.

I've booked a two bed private let in Diana estate for first 2 weeks in October. The condo looks a beauty for about £50 a night. Cheers for the advice Ricky

For my next trip to Patts I've booked a room at Diana oasis for 10 days and I have a couple of questions:

- Should I pay (only cash!) at check in or when I'll check out?

- If I decide to move away earlier do they refund the nights left?

  • 1 month later...

I might book a d block room for 1 month and  you said D-block you can't hear noises from bars...how about rooms next to you and hallway? I hate it when the wall is very thin and you can hear everything in the next rooms and hallway.

In their site they say you can give them emergency contact number so if anything happen to you they will help you out and do as best as they can, from the reviews and other BM I guess you got no worries huh?

clean twice a week when do they clean it what days ? fixed or random.  Any charges if you want fresh towel every day? or every other day.

How's the wifi in D-block?  thanks guys
