When can I spend my 400k

I've had 400k baht in my bangkok bank for a few years. 

I'm in the consideration stage of getting my 1 year marriage extension visa again.

I, hopefully, return to immigration early in March to get my new visa stamped.

The question I have is, can I start to spend my 400k baht as I have bought a car and don't want to send money over until the exchange rate improves.

I understand it has to be back in the bank at least 3 months before my next application, but can I spend it right away after getting the new visa or do I have to wait 1 or 2 months?
