Seems like Agoda making it hard to redeem points?

 

Can't even find my balance,  which should be worth a few hundred $$$

Read somewhere can only be redeemed in small number of hotels????

I redeemed points for a hotel credit 3 days ago. To find your balance:

1. Log in

2. Select profile

3. Select Agoda rewards.

Points redeemable for any hotel booking.  12,500 points equals $25 U.S. credit. Unused points expire the end of the calendar year. For you to have "$100's" would mean you spent $1000's in hotel bookings.

Agoda are starting a new scheme,they are introducing `gift cards`,you dont have to reach any minimums to redeem!You might receive something about it shortly via an e-mail!
