Yes I stayed there on 2 different trips.
I like the place, good location and close to convenience stores and more importantly Baht bus route on 2nd road, just be aware that if you intend on going to Beach Road that some of the Baht buses turn right towards 3rd Road but if you are getting of on 2nd Road then all is good.
