Any info on at sea residence hotel in pattaya

i stayed there for about a week in october 2015(sea view room).

i stll remember the rain hammering on the metal porch, a big construction fail in my book. just use wood or roof tiles dammit!

back in the day there were definately no extra charges, this was my very first pattaya hotel so i asked all the right questions while checking in and i still remember it like it was just yesterday.

thats only the theory of course, wouldn't surprise me if the night-shift receptionist hold up a her tin cup to make some extra baht,

in the few instances she wasn't asleep she seemed a little bit shady to me...
