Condo recommendations?

Apart from View Talay 6 are there any decent condos located centrally I can rent by the week?

Looking for somewhere with cooking facilities.

 Most of the central condos want a month rental minimum, plenty of good ones about Centara a new one The Pride older but bigger size The Urban ,The Avenue ,and City Garden to name a few of the good ones.

How about the Base condo?  It's on 2nd road right by the Avenue Shopping Center.

I can rent my condo by the week and have cooking supplies, but I am not centrally located(Pratamnak) and damn near brand new.
