On your trip you need to do some recon so you can tee up a good place for your next trip. That way you can get the perfect place for you at the right price.

Easiest way of doing things. Go look at specific condo blocks or hotels.

Little things like a pool which never gets any sun and is freezing cold or where the road is just too busted up to be safe.

Then if you find a decent condo and want to stay again, you should be given a preferential rate to retain your business, if they have any sense :)
