At Mind Serviced Residence - Great service in a convenient location

The hotel is located opposite Soi 6 in a side alley. For people who like to stay centrally located in South Pattaya, this might be a little far away from the action, but due to the proximity of Second Road and the 10 baht taxi is not a real problem. However, a clear advantage is its quiet location where you will notice nothing from party & road noise.

The rooms are very spacious, bright and friendly and leave an excellent impression. They have a fully equipped kitchenette (large fridge and freezer compartment with ice cube molds, hot plate, toaster, microwave, kettle including warm function, pots, cutlery for 2, etc.), a combined living and sleeping area with seating & a large double bed with TV and DVD player and comfortable enough storage space.
The bathroom has enough space - The shower is equipped with a standard hand shower and a rain shower head. The fittings are all high quality. Tip: Under the sink is a water heater which can be adjusted if the water is not hot enough!
The bathroom lighting could be a little better for shaves.
The flooring is laminate in the bedroom / living area and tile in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

The whole is rounded off with a balcony, where unfortunately the air conditioning unit is attached, which produces noise & heat (it has been proven that air conditioning for the duration of the balcony stay to switch off, which then allows a cozy time - unfortunately lacks an outlet outdoor) - All in all, an above average room at a really fair price.

The hotel itself also offers a sauna and a nice pool area next to the restaurant. Furthermore, a supermarket, a massage parlor and a laundry room are located on the ground floor.
The hotel staff was very friendly throughout the whole stay, try & helpful, which emphasizes the positive overall impression. A second WiFi card as well as a second room card were handed over with courtesy and without asking. A late check out was possible. Thumbs up for the service at the reception!!!
We stayed for 13 nights with a net price for 38 Euro/night and we feel it is a very good value for the paid money and we consider to come back if we get again a deal like this.
The hotel is recommended for those who like to stay in a guest friendly hotel in a quiet location to relax but to be not too far away from the party.

 

Room Tip: If you can get rooms with a pool view on a higher floor you get the better out of it.
