I used to stay at V&M a lot up,to about 3 years ago used to pay 8000 Baht a month ++ electricity/water

Looks like the prices have gone up a fair bit

Daily Price 850 baht Include American breakfast.Cleaning room every days

Monthly Rate 11,500 baht , not including water and electricity deposit of 5000.Cleaning room 2 times a week.

The price includes breakfast, every days one people.

 Thanks for the info m8,just had an E-mail from them the NOV/DEC rate is 20,000 monthly for suite, still appears VFM considering room size & amenities!
