On the corner of Soi Postoffice and beach road, really original place with cabin like in Japan. Slide betwen thr floors, 650 Bahts for 1 people.

Or just get a normal guesthouse-room in Buakow/Chaiyapoon/Lengkee, with air-con & TV/cable & big-bed & en-suite, for B450 or so ?

yeah but who is going to pay that for a boutique room  about big enough for a bed but you have to share the toilet/ shower ?

650 baht is way too much for that teeny tiny space.  As pointed out, you can get a room in a guesthouse for that.  For those capsules to be viable, it needs to be around 300 baht.
