Found a hidden Gem on booking.com! Rated with 8,0! I think i will book it on monday. Opposite Mosaik Appartements, 2 minutes from Tuk Com. Price 850 Baht superior room. Standard room is the same quality but in higher floors and as the most houses there hotel has no elevator
