This new development past 3rd road caught my eye, I know the MaxxCentral building has mixed reviews in terms of quality (though having the interior redone seems to solve most of those problems)... any info on this new development? Looking at the X04 or X05 unit in particular.

I rented at maxx central, and it was the nicest property I have rented in Thailand. I would imagine the newest venture would be as well.
