90 days reporting...how early can you go?

Hi. My 90 days is almost up at the end of the month. I read that you can go to immigration 7 days before but no more than 14 days before. I was thinking about giving them a visit around 10 days before my 90 days is up

when can I go....just bring my passport right....?   non of that stuff about which social media I use and crap....

I think you can start the online procedure 14 days in advance, but if going in person, only 7 days.
