Lido Beach Hotel

Has anyone ever stayed at this hotel? I am thinking about staying either here or The Whitehouse Condotel on soi 13 on my trip in February. It looks like a good location, close to Walking Street. One thing that I do not like is there is no pool. Both are about the same price.

This is really dragging an old thread back up to the top. Just a quick update / warning for anyone considering this hotel. Aside from the fantastic location for Walking Street the rooms are well and truly past used by date. I stayed 2 nights during December 2015. Walk in rate was 1200, girl friendly, friendly staff. Tiny rooms and bathroom, everything worn and in need of replacement. At 1200 it's not great value and had very few other guests despite the location.

The rooms were tiny because you stayed in one of the tiny rooms. They have much bigger and better rooms, but they cost more. Met one of the owners, but she proved a little too greedy for my liking. So, for that, no recommendations from me.
