Go to website Dancewatchers.com. Then look for view talay 6 condos for rent, then go to page two and check out rooms 26/1004 and room 26/1006 they are located on the 26th floor. They have one of the best views you will find in Pattaya. And they are available for whatever length of time you want them one day one week or 1-3 months Beachroadlover

I rented for 6 mo starting April 1st. I put my ad/profile on Craig's list and I had many owners contact me in addition to agents. The owners were all making good offers and I chose a nice condo in Pratumnak for less than $300/mo. It looks like a buyers market to me and not only at "low season". I'm seeing price declines around the world for vacation condos.

some very nice apartment and condo here

pity that water, electric and cleaning fee are not included in a daily price.

I suppose that all apartment are guest friendly without any restriction

yes all are guest friendly... For a condo yes Electric and water do come as extra he did try and include it especially electric but people just took the piss with Aircon which will be highest cost they just left it on.

 

one story he told me a guy hired the condo but didn't up statying there all the time and just left the aircon on max for 3 weeks huge bill as an agent his margins are slim and he lost money so he has tried all inclusive but didnt work for him on the margins he was charging.  

 

So the choice is now yours to mange it yourself hence the decent rates

 

there has been some bad press about mystay pattaya on PA  if you experience any issue just message me... I am not affiliated with Mystaypattaya but Luca who is the agent really went out of his way to make sure my stay was they best when I stayed.  

 

SO i decided good service needed rewarding and he was rebuilding his life in pattaya after a very nasty accident in the UK which lead to major brain surgery and losing a leg. I said I would promote him here to help his business. 

 

He may be a victim of his own success as it would be hard to duplicate his approach to customer service when hiring staff which I believe he has now had to do due to demand. 

 

so give him a go .. he is personally a top bloke any issues as I have said just PM me. I will get through to him personally

Thank You for referring us to someone that can look for the type of vacation accommodation that we want. I for one hate Studios setup and love space with a separate bedroom from the living room.

Yes it is.  And you don't need to try and understand not all are as considerate and caring in taking care of fixtures and fittings and avoiding any unnecessary use of electric when renting all inclusive.

 

It has been a pleasure having been able to meet your rental dates over the past years and having you as a tenant.

 

My only regret is not being able to have a rental available for your dates at times.
