Anyone know a good Villa with a minimum of 3 bedrooms on walking street ?

I'm coming to Pattaya for Songkran and will be staying around Walking Street. There are 3 of us and will be accompanied by 3 or more TGs. If you know any hotels that offers Villa with a minimum of 3 bedrooms please let me know? It needs to be around Walking Street as we plan on doing lots of drinking and partying. One with a good rate would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

We found Siam Bayshore Resorts but their prices are 15000 baht per night, a little to steep.
