China southern 787-8 dreamliner compare Eva 777-300 To Bangkok

I know that the new 787-8 Dreamliner flight from Heathrow to Bangkok  is not direct but for £431  its  stop over  for 1 hr  & 3 stop over on way back.

Eva is direct using  777-300 direct for £555

Dates are 19 Jan 2015- 9 Feb 2015.

Done some research

  •   787's larger windows
     LED lights
  • Better Cabin air con

QUESTION: Has any one flown with China southern on this new dreamline, I have only flown with Eva & Thai direct only, never done a stop over.

other option is From Gatwick but no direct flight, but if any better then this don't mind short shop over.

Jetstar have moved from 777 to Dreamyliner.  2 4 2 seating on 777 3 4 3 on Dreamy.

I think it is dream for airlines.  I am flying it again on Saturday.

The window shades just go dark but in a full moon or sun its not completely dark.  A slight annoyance.

Dreamy feels a lot more like a plastic plane.

A bit quieter but planes are still noisy. Only the A 380 is super quiet, hardly know its flying, that is the real Dreamliner.....

But, price and shortest total travel time is the thing I value most.  I know how to get the best out of most aircraft.

I like the boutique feeling of the 30 seat section between business and mass economy.  Air asia have this as a quiet zone, brilliant idea.

Flew on China Southern on A380 and would use them again if price and/or schedule is significantly better than EVA or Korean. The stop over in CAN was straight forward but it's not an airport you would want to spend too much time at.
